Northstar Recycling expands operation to west side of Dayton

Dayton, OH – Northstar Recycling Group has signed an agreement with the DDC (Dayton Distribution Center) to lease 93,000 square feet of floor space on Rosedale Drive on Dayton’s west side.  According to Tim Echemann, of Industrial Property Brokers who handled the transaction, occupancy is to occur by the end of the year.  “The DDC presented Northstar with the most attractive lease rate in the city of Dayton,” noted Echemann.  “The site features rail access, suitability for heavy power and spacious ceiling height.  Combined with a generous outside truck and trailer staging area and numerous loading docks the building was ideally suited for Northstar’s expansion operation.”  The building is located just off I-75, within 2 minutes of US 35.
