Construction begins in Sidney business park 
SIDNEY — Crews have begun work on a 4,200-square-foot commercial building in the 16-acre Echo Business Center, located in Sidney, according to a news release. The building will house Area Wireless of Sidney, which will occupy 2,700 square feet of the structure, according to a news release from Industrial Property Brokers, a Sidney-based firm. The building will be completed in February. A second tenant has not yet been signed, IPB executives said. 75 Development LLC of Troy will own the building, which is being constructed by Minster-based Weigandt Development Ltd., the news release states
