Tim Echemann, Broker, of industrial Property Brokers has 20 years experience in Industrial sales and leasing. Prior to starting Industrial Property Brokers, Tim served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Miller Valentine Brokerage in Cincinnati. He also managed the dayton office for Ostendorf-Morris Colliers and was instrumental in the tremendous growth of Colliers International in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Amy West, Director of Marketing for Industrial Property Brokers, has ten years plus experience in management/marketing with a solid record of achievements. Prior to working with Industrial Property Brokers, Amy was a General Manager for Staples, The Office Superstore. Amy is an accomplished Management Professional with proven managerial and project management skills. Amy's background in marketing along with her excellent organizational and analytical skills with particular attention to detail makes her a natural fit for the Marketing Team at IPB.

Mary Pat Echemann, Managing Director, brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to IPB. With her background in Business Process Improvement while working for PQ Corporation in Philadelphia and as a Senior Business Consultant for Deloitte Touche Consulting Group in Philadelphia she has brought a tremendous amount of skills in developing our company. Mary Pat has been and continues to be a profound influence on the success of IPB.

Darcie, Commercial Specialist, is a highly professional and dedicated associate of IPB. She comes to us with a variety of experience not only in the administrative field but in the real estate field as well having been a Residential Broker in Indianapolis.  Darcie handles a wide variety of situations and challenges in a professional manner. Darcie has excellent organizational and communication skills. She is highly motivated and is capable of solving any problem that comes her way. Darcie is a wonderful asset to the IPB Team.

Steve Lankenau joins IPB from Napoleon, Ohio and is focusing his marketing expertise on the northwest portion of Ohio.  Steve received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his master's from Harvard University. He brings a wealth of business experience with him having been involved in many business ventures. Steve formed American Ag Fuels in 2004 and is chairman of the board. He is the principle of Lankenau Properties, LLC. He also served as owner and general manager of WDFM Radio Station in Defiance and was mayor of Napoleon for three terms. He has been on the board of trustees for Northwest State Community College, served as past president of the Napoleon Area Chamber of Commerce and past chairman of the congregation of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon. Steve's experience and success in owning and operating his own businesses makes him the perfect match for IPB's marketing approach.
